Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Lights & More of California purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product for a refund by following these simple return directions:

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt date of your purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Be sure to carefully inspect your product upon receipt for any defects.
    
2. If you are not fully happy with your purchase or notice damage or flaws in workmanship, please contact Lights & More of California for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return shipping address:

3. Return all items in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # on the outside of the box and include a letter with your name, shipping/mailing address and reason for return inside with the product.

Note: Some returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
